What is your return policy?
Returning apparel and phone cases: We are super into sustainability and waste reduction, so our apparel and phone cases are made as soon as you place your order. This means ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Be sure to consult the size chart to ensure that you order your correct size, and don’t hesitate to contact us via the contact page with sizing questions. If you intend to purchase the item as a gift and are unsure of the recipient's size, we strongly suggest purchasing a gift certificate instead.
Returning home decor items: We allow returns for our home decor items including pillows, tea towels and table runners within 7 days after your order has arrived for items you no longer want. Exchanges are also accepted if the item you would like is in stock.
Returning face masks: We do NOT allow returns for masks unless the item arrived to you damaged. If any of your items arrive damaged upon receipt, please contact us within 14 days after your order has arrived for a full refund or exchange.
How can I be eligible for returns? What counts as a returnable item?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

How do I get a refund?
We process refunds as soon as your return is received and inspected by our team.
Once your refund request has been approved, your refund will be processed and the funds will be applied to your original form of payment within 3-5 business days.
Do you accept exchanges?
At this time, we can only accept exchanges for home decor items (pillows, tea towels and table runners).
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
If any of your items arrive damaged upon receipt, please contact us within 14 days after your order has arrived for a full refund or exchange.
